The benefit pays twice the amount if there is a loss of life while riding as a fare-paying passenger, such as a cab, plane, or bus. Do you want me to email you a copy of your certificate of insurance so you can review all the additional benefits that are available to you before you decide to cancel?”

(HAP)  “I can understand your concern (paraphrase the cancel reason) and since no one plans for an accident, it’s a good idea to have this insurance, which could provide additional cash benefits in the event that you (your spouse and your dependent children) are unexpectedly hospitalized for any covered accident. Plus, it can also help you with lost wages and is in addition to what your current insurance might pay or it may be assigned to a hospital or other health care provider. That’s why (financial institution) felt it was so important for you to have. With this in mind, would you still like to cancel your coverage today, okay?”
