When you see the following message – “Please service this coverage ID through web screen…” read the following script.  For a package customer who wants to file a claim, follow our normal claims procedure.

“I apologize, but you have reached the service center for insurance. You have a packaging product so you can call our packaging center at 844-300-4219.”
