Emailing Letters

UPDATE:  Now you can see if a letter was sent via email.

You can email ALL of the letters you normally send to customers for Minnesota Life, Chubb, and Sirius.  If a letter is marked as “available via email” – please send the letter via email.  Our goal is to increase the number of letters sent via email as opposed to regular mail. Also, scripting throughout the knowledge base has been updated to read “email” instead of “mail.”

It can take up to 15 minutes for a customer to receive an email. (Do not stay on the line with the customer & wait for the email to be received). Also, send the email only ONE time. Do not send the same letter via email and regular mail unless specifically requested by the customer.
