Customer Information Update – F13 from the activity screen (F15)

You can update customer information ONLY if you are speaking to the primary insured.

Undeliverable Email Address

If you try to add an email address to a coverage that was previously undeliverable, the system will not let you add it. Check the F15 screen to see if the email you are trying to add to the coverage was previously undeliverable.
