When suppressing multiple coverage records, the customer’s personal information must be identical on all records for suppression to be successful. Process a suppression on each record if the customer’s personal information is not identical across all coverage records.

Caller is Not Enrolled

Select F23 from the Customer Service Inquiry screen. The Customer Mailing Suppression screen is displayed.

For type of suppression, enter “B” for both. Enter the callers name and complete address.

Customer is Enrolled

From the Customer Coverage screen, select F23 to stop future solicitations for the coverage record by selecting “B”.

Press Enter to confirm suppression and a message will be displayed:
