24-Hour Accidental Death Benefit

If a Covered Persons Injury results in Loss of Life within 365 days* after the date of accident the carrier will pay the Principal Sum.

Common Carrier

If a Covered Person’s Injury results in Loss of Life within 365 days* after the date of [the covered] accident, the carrier will pay the Principal Sum if the Injury occurs while he or she was a passenger on, boarding or alighting from a Common Carrier

Private Passenger Automobile Accidental Death Benefit

If a Covered Person sustains an Injury while a licensed driver of, or a passenger in a Private Automobile and such Injury results in loss of life within 365 days* after the date of [the covered] accident, the carrier will pay the Principal Sum. Private Automobile means a four-wheeled motor vehicle with a maximum seating capacity of nine, manufactured, designed and registered as a private passenger vehicle to travel on public roads.
