Eligibility

• The primary insured and spouse, 18 and over
  
• Dependent child or Children, including adopted children and those children placed for adoption, who are primarily dependent upon the Insured Person for maintenance and support, and who are:
  • Under the age of twenty-one (21) and reside with the Insured Person; or
    
  • Beyond the age of twenty-one (21), permanently mentally or physically challenged, and incapable of self-support; or
    
  • Under the age of twenty-five (25) and classified as full-time students at an institution of higher learning.
