TEXAS has recently declared a state of emergency in response to flooding in these zip codes – Zip Codes for Texas flooding 2025

 

The Governor of Texas has issued a disaster declaration in response to the July flooding. Damage and evacuations caused by the disaster have displaced people from their homes and jobs. We will issue a period of at least 90 days that cancellations for non-payment of premium be suspended for the affected zip codes.

 

Please determine if anyone was cancelled due to non-payment of premium since July 10, 2025 and if so, they should be reinstated. For anyone else, please place on a cancel moratorium for non-payment of premium until October 8, 2025.
