Log-In Steps

Step 1: After successfully registering on fmservice.com, the customer just needs to enter their email and password to enter the site.

    • Email address is the username Complete full verification before giving a customer their username
    • Customer can click Forgot Password, will be prompted to enter their email (username) and the customer will be sent a password reset email

Step 2: Customer will be asked to enter the 6-digit code which will texted to the cell phone number they registered

    • If the customer did not receive the text or took too long to enter the code, the customer can request another code

Troubleshooting Log-in

  • Not receiving the authentication code text? Please confirm that you do not have any service turned on that blocks texts from unknown numbers. For example, T-Mobile provides this as a service to its cell customers.
  • [After customer has passed verification] Your username is (provide email address in Artemis).
  • Artemis does not capture the customer’s password.
    • Customer can click Forgot Password, will be prompted to enter their email (username) and the customer will be sent a password reset email
  • Did you enter a cell phone number? This may be a reason for not receiving a text message
    • Are the 4-digits shown the last four of your cell phone number
    • Try clicking request another code
  • You can view if you entered your password correctly by clicking the “eye” symbol to the right
  • When the customer logs in with their username & password and one of these (or both) is incorrect, the following message displays – “We didn’t recognize the information you provided. Please try again.” The agent should:
    1. Check to see if the email (username) being entered matches what is in Artemis. If it doesn’t, the agent should provide the email address to the customer which is in Artemis. That is their username.
    2. Ask the customer to click on the “eye” icon next to where they entered their password so the password becomes visible. This way the customer can double check that they entered the correct password.
